Kelly believes that health and wellness are the foundation of a fulfilling and meaningful life. With over 18 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and 8 years as a Registered Nurse, she is committed to nurturing the mind-body-soul connection through her work. Her journey has included working in Clinics and Spa’s as well as roles in the Operating Room and now in Labour and Delivery, giving her a unique perspective on holistic care.

Each day, Kelly incorporates a variety of simple yet impactful wellness rituals—breathwork, meditation, cold plunges, mobility exercises, and restorative rest. She sees health as an ongoing journey, one that thrives on nourishing habits, balanced nutrition, and the harmony between activity and relaxation.

Kelly’s deep fascination with how the body functions-especially when under stress, trauma, and ongoing adaptation - allows her to create dynamic, individualized treatment plans. She is dedicated to helping you cultivate a balanced foundation for well-being, drawing on techniques like Swedish relaxation, deep tissue massage, sound healing, cupping, and aromatherapy to support your unique wellness goals.

With a strong focus on women’s health, Kelly is particularly passionate about pre-and post-natal massage and rehabilitation. She supports mothers in reconnecting with their bodies, including those who have undergone cesarean births with gentle yet specific scar work while guiding them in pelvic and core rehabilitation to foster a sense of strength and alignment. Her offerings include acupuncture, fire cupping, bodywork (tuina & zen shiatsu), gua sha and moxibustion. Through these Eastern practices, her main intention is collective healing — treating individuals and supporting them through their own wellness journeys, so that they have the capacity to show up for their communities, families and loved ones. After completing over 900 clinical hours at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine, she discovered that supporting people through burnout and life transitions as well as women’s health issues are some of her areas of interest
